This is the best prog metal album ever made. It's a shame Scarsick was such a weak follow-up (though still enjoyable in its own way).

In the Flesh isn't my fav but it's a great song. I'm surprised I love this as much as I do.

Must have been in 2004 that a friend played me 'Used' from a mix CD to show off Daniel's high notes. I remember obsessively listening for weeks and then telling him I think this might be my favourite prog album ever. He laughed it off as hyperbole but I think I might still feel this way, it's up there in the top 10 at least.

It doesn't hurt that the production is so sparse and humble. It sounds like something made out of skill and inspiration with no real need for a big money studio.

In The Flesh is literally perfect. One of my favourite songs ever, and def my favourite POS song

That's one of their best songs. It's catchy, but also complex (I love the vocal harmonies this band does). It's awesome too how these songs flow into each other

Why the 2.5 then? This is too dense to be judged after one listen tbh.

Remedy is easier to get into I'd say. This is their most diverse and darkest though. It takes time to digest. Pure genius

I'm just waiting for this to get remastered. I know it'll still be compressed but by God this needs a remaster

This is enjoyable to listen as a full album. The atmosphere is so dense

I'd be more keen for a One Hour By The Concrete Lake remaster.

Yeah that needs one the most, but this one deserves it the most Imo. But why not both? If he has time. I'd love to see Wilson do it even

I will never get tired of "In The Flesh". It's just stunning. It's like a short movie, very vivid.

Amen. What's with the rating nightbringer? In The Flesh and T/T alone push this to a 4.5 no?
