The guys tried to fit in to the metal suit, but they didn't quite fit in imho

Although solid per se, Bach's delivery is inferior to that in Skid Row

Yeah this doesn't strike me as a "metal" album at all. This is like textbook "hard rock" albeit with excellent riff-writing.
