Owl City is much more happy-go-lucky and mindless.

Same genre, yes, but the similarities end there.

I don't know much about Owl City but my sister keeps playing the new single and it was not until recently when I discovered that The Postal Service did not in fact start to suck unimaginable amounts of veiny red cock.
