Have fun bro! Was supposed to see Taake years back but the show got shut down by Antifa sadly. The night got a substitute show of a bunch of sick local black and death metal bands as a self proclaimed "fuck antifa" show and it was rad. Still wanna see them live someday though although I only really dig one album in full tbh

I'm glad it got better and better with every listen (same with Tentacles Of Whorror by Leviathan). All 7 songs amazing. Maybe it's just me but the songs on Doedskvad don't feel as icy cold and wintry as many other bm albums do. It's great to listen to on rainy days or days with high fog (more persistent here where I live than thick ground fog which disappears before midday).

I just discovered Taake this year, now it's my 2nd album of them. Loving the folky feeling and the thick atmosphere it has.



I wish I could live in cities like Bergen or Glasgow, or maybe even the Faroe Islands one of the least sunniest places on earth. Well Germany is ok I guess
