Yeah this is fantastic.

Weirdly high no. of ratings for anything under the electronic umbrella, so I felt obligated to fill this gap out of sheer shame. It didn't disappoint!

Really nice vibes, is it repetitive? Sure, but sometimes I enjoy that - hypnotic and all that. Having said that here's certainly enough variation over the runtime to keep things interesting for me.

It was a super huge mega big album (as far as electronic goes) also because of Pitchfork's ultra positive review during its mid-2000s heyday.

I definitely know 'of it' but that seems like a vague distant memory now, something I archived some time ago. This album probably wouldn't have been in my wheelhouse back then anyway (which is likely something to do with it).

This is probably better than like 82/85 new releases I’ve heard this year. It pays to explore the past.

I prefer both Yesterday And Today (which is my fave plus it contains his best track, Leave It) and Looping State Of Mind.

Perhaps as a side note: all of his stuff is 4.0 or higher in my book so there are no wrong picks in his discog as far as I'm concerned.

Yesterday And Today isn't far behind this and I should probably bump, but the whole final third of Looping kinda loses me. Pacing feels off, good album though

Honestly I think both albums are on par, except I cannot get into Everybody's Got to Learn Sometime. That track just drags for me and brings the album down
