Hmm, right I finally rated this era of Cave. I could barely split them, so a bunch of 4s and one 3.5 (Tender Prey) it is.
On some days this is my favourite, but Janglin Jack is admittedly a tad irritating. Henry's Dream might edge this overall. The Good Son has some stellar cuts and is generally a pretty easy-going listen front-to-back, excellent album, albeit a different vibe to this.
So let's confuse things further by adding more to the pile!
