HRVRD. They are the closest you'll find to Circa Survive that is on the same level. Their only two records are produced by the same bloke who produced Juturna and On Letting Go also.

yesss. I do like the second one a lot but it's a very different approach.



@SaveBandit Give it time. It definitely brings the atmosphere old Circa did. There are probably other bands that sound like Circa or Saosin but I'm not usually interested in those other bands. Engine Down did inspired Anthony Green and sonically is also very close to Juturna.



The only other band that sounds similar is Secret & Whisper, but it sounds more like Saosin though.

After listening to this band steadily since Juturna, ive bumped this to a 5. For the first few years, I thought it was meh other than a few tracks. Now I love all the songs.

I love his voice on, like, everything he’s done, but this is still my favorite performance of his.

It’s so hard to do these songs consistently and back-to-back though, i could see if he toned it down for live consistency if it wasn’t his voice just changing from age, smoking, and/or drugs or something. Saw Circa with Deftones right after BSN came out and could see and hear some understandable struggling. Dude’s throat veins were hella visible from a good distance too
