Brother, Sister has more of the atmospheric-y side of CFUTF, and A-B Life reflects the heavier side more. I can't tell you which one is better because I don't have A-B Life yet.
I personally think CFUTF is a little better but B,S is still required listening. GET IT.

just got this today and it's amazing.
tracks 2 and 3 took officially two listens to grow on me, the rest I knew was golden straight away. Love the choruses on Nice and Blue and The Sun and The Moon, they're amazing.

I used to think this was a 5, but then I dropped it down to a 4.5 because I decided I like Catch for Us the Foxes a little better.
Then I listened to it again like a month later and smacked some common sense back into myself. They're both 5-worthy.
