I really disagree with you in this review, I think Parkway Drive is some of the most excellent metalcore there is. They have developed a unique, if not so original sound that appeals to those looking for some brutal metalcore.

This album is a masterpiece, escpecially the title track Horizons.

Lyrically it is outstanding, the riffs are memorable, brutal and catchy, the tapping parts are amazing, the drumming is good aswell, and the breakdowns are really something for itself. One of my alltime favourites.

I heard this guy who is the vocalist for a local shitty deathcore band talking.
He said that his vocals are too heavy for six string guitars.

The intro to "Carrion" I really enjoy, that entire song is probably my favorite from this album though "Siren's Song" could be considered a close second.
