it's not crap, it's good.
Though i doubt that if you didn't like it inmediately back then you'll like it now. It's not a grower, you either like it right away or you don't.

Nah, 10 years can make a huge difference no matter what the album is imo. Maybe 10 years ago I wasn't in the right mindset or wasn't even paying attention half the time. It could be a number of things other than personal taste.

Definitely, I’ve revisited albums I didn’t much care about previously & my opinion has completely changed. BoC’s Geogaddi springs to mind immediately.

Speaking of, I upped this from a 2.5 to a 3.5

They came to a festival in my country and got me curious about this record. I'm kind of enjoying it in a "daft punk way" :P cool release indeed

I love it waaaay more than I probably should. But who cares! Has something very immediate, glossy and plastic which works so well

Exactly. And they don't shy away from some cheese (a LOT of cheese) which is cool too. Thank you for reminding me of this, will jam asap!!

90's synth sound no doubt, thus the daft punk vibe I talked about.

Yeah, agreed. I definitely hear that too. Another positive for me. Homework and Discovery all the way!

'glossy and plastic'
This is why I don't like it. Different strokes...

Yes, could be a big deterrent for people, I can definitely see that!

Off course you wouldn't like this Demon! X) I always like to keep my pop (music for the people) side intact lol, and approach everything in that matter also, not only in a "geek bubble" way. By that I don't want to offend by any means. I respect people who don't like pop or commercial, and don't approach things in that matter.

I don't not like this because it's 'poppy'
Kelly Clarkson > Metallica (that's not actually a joke by the way, might make it my signature thingy for ratings, haha)

lolololol got it. But you're a brilliant guy in explaining your opinions and I respect that.

I can go either way, sometimes I'm lazy & just put 'sucks' or similar, must depend on my mood, haha
Thanks though.
