This is more of a less refined Train of Thought. I really thought Train of Thought was excellent. Not quite like I&W or Scenes, but still very good.

ToT was teh first album I listened to, and I was into death metal and black metal at the time so the transition was easy and I loved the album. If I had listened to I&W first on the other hand then....

This isn't a 2 in my book. It's pretty low on the DT spectrum, and it's definitely not as captivating as other DT albums, but a 2? Damn

This album gets a lot of hate, but its definitely better than Octavarium as a whole. Even though that album's title track beats everything on here.

IMO, DT is a band with cool intros, nothing more. Once I hear those overblown synths I get sick. Not to mention the annoying voice of LaBrie.
To think that at one point I was close to being a fan of this band.
I'll keep on saying this: Rush & Queensryche >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Dream Theater.
