I myself am Death metal, but even for deathcore this album is pretty good. They song structures resemble both death metal and hardcore, which one more or less is mearly an opinion, hard to tell. The dark atmosphere around it makes it all more worth the listen.

People are insecure because their last album had pig squeals and breakdowns, and because they were popularized because of MySpace. It's just insecurity.
All publicity aside, I still think most people dislike the album because of the music, like me, and I don't even know what pig squeals are so I'm not bothered by the vocals.
