The album doesn't even give you a break from Cheerleader until Hyperviolet.

She used to make me think of such beautiful things like waterfalls and wildflowers, deer frolicking in the snow. Now I can only think of autopsies and taxidermy, mummified Egyptian princesses.

I kinda just now realized how similar this album is in concept and execution to Jane Doe. Both inhumanly chaotic, confusingly poetic, barely comprehensible blasts of anger based on around lost love.

Even the vocal delivery is similar, barely enunciating anything completely, and randomly skipping words and sometimes entire sentences.

She knew that sooner or later they would realize that the ride wasn't stopping and they were all going to die.

This and Jane Doe are two of my favourite albums ever and I definitely see the similarities between the two now that you mention it.

I'm pleased that so many people have said that this is well written. Yay.

Oh, wow I didn't know people loved these guys so much. I'm the only person I know in real life who does.

I can feel her in a bikini of coiled snakes dancing into the hiss of the wind.

Postcards from a paradise in flames.

She used to be so right.

So right about everything.

Here is a boy with paper skin who longs to touch the girl of broken glass.

She loves it when he wears his skin like that.

In tatters.

In terms of lyrics, this has some of the best and most poetic/disturbing in all music. The seamless flow of the album makes it so easy to digest yet the replay value of it is immense.
