This album is still an incredible accomplishment. Wildly underrated, insanely ahead of its time. Not without flaws, but for what/when it "was" it's a hell of an accomplishment. Moody, powerful, blends ambience with aggression and face-smashing. Technicality and melody with meets the intimacy of "Numetaldom" which is all the rage these days.
Honestly these guys deserved better. They were an insanely mental Dillinger-esque band that took a huge risk. Imagine seeing this live now, powerful emotive tracks and then Rotten Sound style grind pit bangers. Unlucky ig.
I will not stop bumping until I get to see what HAWKS thinks of this.
