Man, RYM seems to HATE this re-recording. To me, the production sounds a lot less dry than on the original and everything sounds a lot more grandiose and epic. The female chants are awesome and the Diamanda Galas song rounds the whole thing up perfectly. Only gripe I have with this is the lead vox. They sounded better and were a lot more varied on the original recording IMO. Looking forward to hearing what?s next but in the meantime, this rules very hard

Usually, I'm not a big fan of re-recordings. But this one is really well-made, and while the album itself doesn't changed much (I noticed newer solos), but the general quality of the album has improved a lot! Excellent stuff.
