Teutonic power metallers Grave Digger are back and this latest release brings multiple changes in the band's lineup. Bone Collector may be full of energy, chunky riffage and the usual rough and gnarled vocals of Chris Boltendahl, however, there is an obvious regression in terms of quality as it progresses. Apart from some scattered highlights in its first half, I doubt that it will stand the test of time. Recommendations: "Devils Serenade', "Bone Collector", "Kingdom of Skulls".

Massive step down in quality from the previous record. Not awful, but consistently mid. The AI cover art also makes me sad.
