This is a review on the album "The Very Best Ultimate Definitive...", yeah you get the picture.
The album starts off with the everlasting The Real Thing which although repeats itself many times over it is an absolute awesome song. It kicks off the album really well and it is just a great song. 4.5/5
Then we come up to From out of nowhere which is another awesome track, it was the first song that Mike Patton had done for Faith No More and the vocals and all the instruments were all perfection. 4/5
Now we get to one of the most famous songs among rock radio listening fans. Epic is a mixture of metal and piano ballad that kind of works out well, although if you hear it too much you get sick of it. 4/5
Chuck Mosley took the lead for this song before Patton joined the band. The song is a classic and is one of the best on the album. One of the most 'funky' on the album, the song is a classic in its own right. 4.5/5
Next we have RnR a fairly average track, not that catchy, but the 'It Burns' bit can stick in your head if you play it two or three times. 3.5/5
Next is Kindergarten. Another fairly average track but it is worth listening. 4/5 Caffeine is next and is a great song for some and is really boring for a new fan. The song has two different sides and is fairly good. 4/5
Land Of Sunshine is a brilliant song and if you ever see them live they play it at almost every show. 4.5/5
Now there's the ultra cheesy Be Aggressive which deserves a standing ovation. The songs chorus is hirrendously copied by Marilyn Manson, the chorus features a set of cheerleaders going "BE AGGRESSIVE B-E AGGRESSIVE B-E A-G-G-R-E-S-S-I-V-E". Marilyn Manson copied this in his MOBscene. The best song on the album imho. 5/5
Midlife Crisis is an awesome song and is quite catchy and you can easily mistake the lyrics. The song is great but isn't a sing-a-long track like its predecessor. Hard to fault. 4.5/5
A Small Victory is quite long for what it is and is the 11th track on the album. It is catchy. The vocals are somewhat wacky but funny! 4.5/5
Everything's Ruined is pretty self-explanatory. I personally didn't like the song. 2.5/5
Evidence is fairly well written and is another catchy song. 3.5/5
Digging The grave is as a great song and is quite heavy. 4.5/5
Ricochet is another one on the album that is a bit average, not very great. 3.5/5
Ashes To Ashes is an awesome song and brings back the best bits of the album. 4.5/5
Stripsearch is another fairly average with could electronic effects at the start. 3.5/5
Last song on the album, the legendary cover of Lionel Richie's "Easy". It is a great song and is one of the best on the album. 5/5
