This ballad is top-notch, leading to one of their best singles in the last seven years, (apart from The World of Mercy). The mix is better than the last single, and the entire band pushes their already accomplished songwriting ability to new heights. Kyo's vocal performance is simultaneously vulnerable and virtuosic. Also notable is the clever written instrumental. rThe bonus tracks are quite wild. The Curse-filled T.D.F.F is fun, and the Live version of Kegiaku no Yoku is tense and unnerving. This single functions as an accessible introduction to Dir En Grey, and is truly a modern classic.
