No matter what lineup Thorpe assembles in each release, Vicious Rumors are always dependable at the very least. That said, Celebration Decay presents itself as more balanced than its predecessor, although it's bound to reside in the shadow of the band's summits, since the song writing does not tread on any of the known boundaries.
