A tiny bit of filler (but no song is devoid of quality sections) in the second half but other than that this album offers quite a few genuinely great songs. I'd say "very welcome surprise" but, well, the previous Blue Horizon was a very worthwhile record too (and proggier, if you will). Fans definitely have nothing to lose in checking this out.
