All right, brace yourselves, people of Earth. What we have here is, in essense, an album of country music from W. P. Corgan. There are some ventures into other genres, but for the most part it's "Uncle Billy sitting alone around the fire, strumming his guitar/violin and singing about Texas." I guess those who dislike country (like myself) won't change their minds after hearing this, and for lovers of the genre this would be too basic and lame, I suppose. There are some legitimately good songs here, though. At least, this album contains no yodeling. Thank God for that. All things considered, I really don't know how to rate this.
