This screams "We want to be modern" way too hard. Barely sounds like the Goo Goo Dolls. I'll give
this a pass on the strength of songs like "Incredible" and "Think it Over", both would fair well
amongst their best songs.

Certainly speckled with poorly-executed attempts at something they?re...just not, but overall I?m baffled by how strong the majority of these songs are. I listened to this on a whim and I keep finding myself enjoying several tracks over and over.

GGD tries to capture that "Imagine Dragons sound", packed full of woah-ohs and thundering kick drum hits. It's awful, it's corny, it has no redeeming qualities. A long cry away from their best work, this is a band trying their hardest to craft songs that incorporate all the wrong Top 40 trends.
