This is the first Stones record on which I definitely hear auto-tune on Mick Jagger's voice. Ergo, they're probably too old to do this anymore. The last hurrah of The Stones was basically "Doom And Gloom" in 2012, which must be "the end of the world" The Mayans were prophesying.

i applaud them for trying something completely left field for them, especially considering how old the band is, but i don't think the timing of this release was appropriated. we are now in an era that has seen this genre bein taken to new heights. we are in an era known for being experimental, that likes to push the envelope a little further each time... and in the middle of all of that, here they are, doing it for the first time ever and taking no risks with it other than the risk of, indeed, doing it for their first time. it's okay. 3
