One of the best bands in indie deliver yet again. The huge orchestral arrangements and epic climaxes they're known for are still here, only the instrumentation feels more complex with the addition of yet another member. As always, Tim's vocals soar. There are a few duds, but songs like Soft Offering, Harriett, Neon Beyond, and What Arrows are easily among Hey Rosetta!'s best.
