| Yes, the sound is definitely toned down. Sure, the ambience might not be for every listener out there. However, at least these songs have some actual structure to them, which has been lacking from the band since Frances the Mute. The album is worlds ahead of Bedlam and nearly reaches the level of the band's first two full length releases. |
