It's damn near flawless all the way through. Keenan is definitely on top of his vocal game. His flat vocals suiting the damp music style. Adam Jones also had an excellent showing. Lots of great bridges and riffs throughout. The bass and drums were also splendid. An all around 'classic' album. Crime as Forgiven ByAlice in Chains Alice in ChainsAlice In Chains were one of the most popular bands of the nineties. Unfortunately they disbanded at the turn of the century. But's we'll always have their work from the nineties. This particular album is actually a tad different from their usual style. While it is still dark, like their usual work, but it's not quite as dark. They showed a lot more experimentation with this album which was great. I enjoyed all aspects of this album. Even staley's vocals, which I'm usually not big on. The lyrical messages were great too. Very solid album.Alice in Chains FaceliftAlien Ant Farm TruANTAnti-Flag For Blood and EmpireArcade Fire The Arcade FireArch Enemy Doomsday MachineBarenaked Ladies StuntBehemoth DemigodBlack Sabbath ParanoidBlack Sabbath Sabbath Bloody SabbathBlack Sabbath Greatest Hits 1970-1978Blind Guardian LiveBlink-182 Take Off Your Pants and JacketBlue Man Group The Complex Rock Tour Live (DVD)Boards of Canada Music Has the Right to ChildrenBob Dylan Highway 61 RevisitedCeltic Frost Into the PandemoniumCKY An Answer Can Be FoundCoheed and Cambria The Second Stage Turbine BladeCradle of Filth NymphetamineCreed WeatheredCypress Hill Skull and BonesDarkthrone Transilvanian HungerElvis Presley Elvis PresleyExodus Bonded by BloodFour Year Strong Rise Or Die TryingGreen Day DookieGreen Day InsomniacIn Flames The Jester RaceIron Maiden The X FactorIron Maiden Brave New WorldIron Maiden Seventh Son of a Seventh SonKalmah SwampsongLed Zeppelin Early Days/Latter DaysMegadeth Countdown to ExtinctionMetallica Live Shit: Binge & PurgeMetallica Garage Inc.Michael Jackson BadMichael Jackson Off the WallMotorhead 1916Motorhead InfernoMotorhead Rock 'N' RollNirvana From the Muddy Banks of the WishkahOur Lady Peace ClumsyPearl Jam Vs.Pennywise About TimePersefone Truth Inside the ShadesQueens of the Stone Age Songs for the DeafQueens of the Stone Age Over the Years and Through the WoodsRed Hot Chili Peppers One Hot MinuteSaves the Day Sound the AlarmSoundtrack (Television) The Beavis And Butt-Head ExperienceThe Mars Volta The Bedlam in GoliathThe Offspring AmericanaThe Offspring Greatest HitsThe Presidents of the USA IITool UndertowVelvet Revolver ContrabandWeezer PinkertonX Los Angeles3.5 great101 strings orchestra Music From Scary MoviesComeback Kid Wake the DeadDeath Cab for Cutie PlansEminem The Eminem ShowFoo Fighters The Colour and the ShapeGuns N' Roses Appetite for DestructionIron Maiden Virtual XIJane's Addiction Jane's AddictionJohnny Cash American II: UnchainedJoy Division Unknown PleasuresLed Zeppelin Led Zeppelin [DVD]Mago de Oz La Leyenda de la ManchaMarilyn Manson The Golden Age of GrotesqueMegadeth Cryptic WritingsMetallica LoadMetallica No Life 'Til LeatherNightwish Century ChildNirvana NevermindOzzy Osbourne Bark at the MoonRamones Greatest Hits LiveSum 41 All Killer No FillerThe Darkness Permission to LandThe Haunted One Kill WonderWeezer Make BelieveWith Honor With HonorYngwie Malmsteen Rising Force3.0 good'N Sync CelebrityAudioslave Out of ExileBleeding Through The TruthBlink-182 Cheshire CatFall Out Boy From Under the Cork TreeGuns N' Roses "The Spaghetti Incident?"I Mother Earth The Quicksilver Meat DreamMago de Oz GaiaMetallica ReloadThis album isn't nearly as bad as people make it out to be. It's far from great compared to metallica's earlier works, but it's not too bad either. People often crucify it just because iy has a more hard rock sound to it. But just because it sin't thrash metal doesn't mean it isn't enjoyable. I actually really enjoy alot of the solos from this album. They're more FX orientated, so lots of them sound really cool. It's just so damn high pitched. And he's one of those singers that just don't have a good high pitched voice. Some people can get buy, like the singer from AC/DC, but not this guy. His vocals completely sour me from this album. Considering the instrumentals were not as bad as the vocals, but still mediocre at best and the lyrics were lame I just cannot give this above a 2.Nickelback Silver Side UpPanic! Screaming that sounds like burping. Terrible clean vocals. Mediocre bass and drums. This is Atreyu. They are undoubtably one of the worst bands ever. Aside from all the things I mentioned above the can't right lyrics either. Here's and example.
It's so hard to see when eyes are rollin in the back of your head. It's even harder to speak when everything you say just comes out wrong.
Like really nice work guys. I've got another one for you. It's hard to walk with no legs! These guys have showed some improvement from this point in their career, but this album just can't receive anything higher than a 1.5 Good Charlotte Good CharlotteHawthorne Heights The Silence in Black and WhiteMarilyn Manson Lest We Forgetmc chris Life's A Bitch And I'm Her PimpMeat Loaf Bat Out of Hell II: Back Into HellMy Chemical Romance Life on the Murder SceneParis Hilton ParisParis Hilton has to be one of the most useless people on the planet. Famous for being famous Paris cannot act, we know that. This album has also provided proof that she can't sing either. Her voice is extremely generic, her lyrics are just plain bad and and both those things are amplified by the fact that she goes on and on about how supposedly great this album is. I also find it extermely hard to believe that she had any say in the actual music for this album, which is the only aspect that kept this album from getting a one.Trivium The Crusade1.0 awful50 Cent Get Rich or Die Tryin'Ashlee Simpson AutobiographyAshlee Simpson is just not good. Her songs are boring and repetitive, the lyrics make very little sense and she couldn't sing her way out of a paper bag. her voice is all studio and even with that it doesn't sound very good. The only reason she's even singing is to try and steal spotlight from her sister because she's jealous of all the attention Jessica gets. To sum this up: This album is garbage, utter garbage.Britney Spears In The ZoneBritney Spears ...Baby One More TimeGood Charlotte The Young And The HopelessGreen Day American IdiotHedley HedleyLindsay Lohan A Little More Personal (Raw)Simple Plan No Pads, No Helmets...
