Any fears of a creative decline that may have been caused by "...Of Nightmares" and Tom's solo album are dispelled here. This is The Dream Walker's sound expanded on, with hints of early AVA work popping up on "Artillery."

Can?t believe it?s been 10 years. The two new songs aren?t quite up to the standards of the album, so it?s clear why they were cut. Still, fun to hear more of their older style. The prototype version of crawlersout was interesting, but not as good as the final (original?) version.

This is so much rawer than their LP. The first and last song sound close to their later work with a slightly harsher element to them, but "Embrace the Spare Change" and "Showed Up Late" show a different side to the band. "Showed Up Late" sounds similar to Rise Against, and at times on "Embrace the Spare Change" the vocals sound like New Wave-era Against Me!

I wanted to rate this a 5 but I couldn't bring myself to. It's ALMOST there but there's just a couple things holding it back (the drums being the biggest problem). But it's definitely a 4.7 and I wish I could actually give it that.

My Ticket Home Strangers Only
A hardcore/metalcore version of Slipknot's debut with a little Iowa thrown in (and a Linkin Park chorus or two). Can be a bit repetitive but the energy and fun that the band exudes makes up for it. With these guys and Dangerkids, it looks like Ohio is going to be the home of Nu Metalcore.
My Ticket Home Unreal
Every time I listen to this album I like it even more. Songs I found a tad boring at first open up and show just how
much they have going on. I miss the aggression of Strangers Only, but its loss doesn?t hurt the music at all.

The vocals took a few songs to get used to, and the clean singing is not the best, but overall this is an
enjoyable album. It fuses the punk, slightly doomy metal, and folk elements very well.

This isn't what I want from a BMTH album but it's still good. The first four songs (except maybe Throne) don't really fit with the sound of the other seven, though, which makes it have an odd flow at first.
Broken Social Scene You Forgot It in People
Cannons Night Drive
A somewhat disappointing album. They always put out very laid back music, but there was much more life to
the old songs. The first four on here should not have made the cut, they're a drag on the album (even worse
that they kick it off). Once the title track comes around, it picks up and, though it never quite hits the levels of
their EPs, it does improve overall. The two singles, oddly grouped together as the closing songs of the album,
stick out harshly as the best songs of the album and share very little of a common sound with the rest of it.

About the actual album: "Golden Eagle", "Goodbye, Oh Goodbye", "White Worms", "Small Red Boy" are
the good songs, with "White Worms" and "Small Red Boy" being the best. Every other song grated on
