	In Vain The Latter Rain This band describe themselves as, Experimental Progressive Death/Black Metal and the fare they serve up on this, their debut album, lives up to the billing. They added 14 guest musicians to the already 6 strong band, playing a mind boggling array of instruments ranging from Piano to Trumpet, Orchestral percussion to Viola and several more that I neither have the patience nor space to list. The texture and layers this all adds to the music is incredible and reveals itself more and more on each listen. To be fair it took a couple of listens to 'get it' and fully appreciate what was going on and it isn't until track 4 that it really rises above	4 04.12.08
