  • ChoccyPhilly No problem, you all like it better than me anyway. Dornenreich is pretty sweet too by the way

  • OmairSh Riverside's brilliant for sure. I've heard Dan's Edge of Sanity stuff and his solo album. His Nightingale albums are on my to listen to list. He's brilliant from the stuff I've heard. New Nightingale album's coming out next year as well right?

  • OmairSh No worries dude, dam you have the most important three of their albums. I'd suggest listening to the albums chronologically. They're currently in the studio recording the follow up to Coal!! Album's release can't come sooner. Riverside's also working on new music. 2015 is shaping up to be delicious already.

  • OmairSh Fun fact, Leprous is also Ihsahn's live band since the vocalist/keyboardist is Ihsahn's brother in law.

  • OmairSh Hey porc I don't know you've already checked Leprous out, but Bilateral is one of the greatest and most diverse prog metal albums in history imo. Really worth checking out since you're a fan of the genre. Beware however, all of the band's albums take a while to properly digest, and Bilateral takes the longest. It took me around 5 or 6 listens to actually "get" it. Then it never stopped growing on me. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=986iAyQpr1U
