Connery is a legend and is rightly considered The James Bond.
Dalton was rugged.
Lazenby was quality in his only appearance in the role.

I'd probably put Dr No higher, and drop Octopussy and TWINE way down around the bottom half.
Quantum of Solace was hugely dissapointing coming after Casino but has just enough redeeming features to put it at least higher than some abominations like A View to a Kill and Moonraker.

After watching ohmss again recently there's two problems which hold back Lazenby for me. First is the stupid decision to have his voice dubbed when he goes to Piz Gloria. if the directors didn't have faith in George to fake an accent then ok but the fame accent wasnt neccessary. the Bond in the novel doesn't so why the hell should Lazenby have it.... Secondly some of those lines George was given are cringe worthy "coming here was an inspiration...and so are you" "call me...Hilly"... Fucking awful and lazenbys |

Still Craig is easily the best Bond. Sean Connery is the iconic/classic Bond, but Craig took the Bond character into much more interesting territory. I love how starting with Casino Royale they basically portray him as a psychopath who is an assassin first and a philanderer second.
