02.14.18 | I had some Audio Technicha M40s, they were nice for their price. $80. |

02.14.18 | I've been using At M50x, detachable cables. It lasted for 2 years for me with some accidental drops. It sounds really good. I have two other headset, Razer Kraken and SteelSeries Siberia USB. None of those are as comfortable as my At m50x. Also, m50x has detachable cables, that means the cables are replacable.
Price is around $140 |

02.14.18 | on sale on amazon for 130. Looking like that's jumping to the top of my list. I've been using this like $30 pair I got at the local radioshack like 3-4 years ago and they're a bit beat up but still work fine, but I want to know what kinda audio experience I'm missing out on and finally get myself a big boy set :p |

02.14.18 | My Senn 598s were $150, most comfortable headphones ive ever worn and they sound amazing. Gotta adjust the mids a bit but otherwise zero complaints. |

02.14.18 | I got last year the Sennheiser HD471 for less than 100$ and I think they are pretty decent. If you are planning to use it at home I would probably recommend AKGs on that price range, the open ones, if u dont care about audio leak. |

02.14.18 | I've been debating between Senns and ATs for a while (gonna get a pair this summer) but my main concern is comfort since I want to wear them like 6hrs a day most of the week. Which would be better for that? |

02.14.18 | I can wear the senns all fuckin day and be totally fine. The Technicas i would have to get a break from every 2-3 hours. |

02.14.18 | I've seen other places they're better for comfort too. I'll probably go with them when I get around to it then. Thanks, and sorry for hijacking your list zaruyache |

02.14.18 | lol np. I'm leaning toward the senns 598? Comfort and it says they have a mic equipped somewhere(?) so I can maybe use that on overwatch too wow, tho they're kinda pricey. |

02.14.18 | Sennheiser Open Back if you're not going to use it in public. Or else, closed back it is. |
Deathconscious
02.14.18 | Im talking about the closed backs btw. The 598 open backs are more expensive. |

02.14.18 | my only issue with the 598s is the bass. i remember that being my biggest criticism when i got them. revisiting them with better cans it's even more noticeable. it's not bad at all just lacking for my tastes. they make up for it everywhere else though, both sound and comfort. worth paying a little extra out of your budget for imo |

02.14.18 | yea that's the one I ended up getting just now. |
Deathconscious
02.14.18 | I like where the bass is at. The M40s had too little, the 598s had a little more kick to them, and im not someone who likes a ton of bass in the mix. |

02.15.18 | These are super comfy on my ears OwO. I think it sounds a bit clearer than my other headphones, too. Woo |

02.15.18 | You get closed or open? |
zaruyache
02.15.18 | Open, cus something something "better audio quality" or w.e. |

02.15.18 | there's option for semi-open too, like beyerdynamic DT 770 (bit over the budget but highly recommended). I own DT 880 (more flat). Both feel like putting clouds on your ears. Worth the price. Been making music and it's perfect for mixing and mastering too. |
Deathconscious
02.15.18 | Oh i was thinking those white open backs were the only open 598s, didnt know they had a less expensive version. |

02.15.18 | I got the Sennheiser HD 598 SR Open-Back for like $140. Haven't really gotten to try them out on my computer yet today, but they made bandcamp on my phone sound p good lol. |
