Saw Abigail Williams a few years back live and they were great! Outside of their first album though I need to check their studio stuff for sure.
On another note anyone who digs the more barbaric sounding black/death metal stuff I highly recommend jamming Hellfire Deathcult! Got the privilege to see them open for Archgoat years back and man they really slay and I've always felt they're criminally overlooked |

Acylum: The Enemy. Plays comfortably next to Godflesh (but maybe skip track 2)
Dawn of Ashes: A number of great Albums. I like Crypt Injection II. But some earlier albums sound like straight up Death/Black metal (sorry I can't tell the difference).
Psyclon Nine: Order of the Shadow: Act I or We the Fallen. His voice might get on your nerves, though. It had to grow on me. |
