The Path We Chose Shadowless Steps
Remember when hip-hop and rap wasn't all about marketing, wack MC's, and bull****? Me neither. However, back it the day things were different. Shadowless Steps by The Path We Chose has a feeling of the Golden Age of rap, when songs stood on their dope beats and the swagger of their MC's. The beats and lyrics are fantastic, the production has that underground feel, and you get a sense that the music is about something (other than name brand dropping, and bragging about all the imaginary people you shot).rAnyone who embraces hip hop culture, from Graf artists, to b-boys, MC's and DJ's will dig The Path We Chose. Rap rock fans and/or military personnel may also find some of the tracks appealing as there are some rock/guitar sounding tracks with veteran's affairs type undertones. rIn any event, definitely worth checking out. Go out and search for The Path We Chose, or go to iTunes or Amazon. The album and singles are only available online.
