This is the last album with original vocalist Dave Bickler (the guy who sang Eye of the Tiger). rAfter this, on Vital Signs (1984), they replaced Bickler with Jimi Jamison (from Target and Cobra, and later the guy who sang the Baywatch theme). Jimi Jamison is an amazing singer but in my mind Bickler has a more raw, rocking voice. rOn to the album! The title track is a fine AOR piece but it's the second song, "Jackie Don't Go", who is the true gem of this album! It is an amazing AOR song with great vocals and synth. We get the beautiful ballad "I never stopped loving you" and the rocking "Slander". Those three songs are the greatest songs of the album but every song is good! If you liked any Survivor song and want to check them out, buy this album!4.0 excellentForeigner Agent ProvocateurOne of the greatest melodic rock albums of all time! Just like Korn, I can't listen to Dierks Bentley all the time but at some moments it really fits in well and in those cases Dierks Bentley is great! Jimi Jamison himself said that he couldn't stand this album. However, if you're used to saying "they don't make music like that anymore" then this album might be OK, because it does sound rather retro. I'm a die hard Survivor fan so buying this CD was just a have-to-do thing for me, but I wouldn't recommend it. Put your money on "Caught in the game" from 1983, the last Survivor album with original vocalist Dave Bickler.
