| There is still a rollicking twang to Honeyhoneys second album, but they have slowed the pace considerably. Its not overtly country, folk, or necessarily anything else, but it is a nice blend. The songs themselves are very strong throughout Billy Jack. There is time for a few ballads (Dont Know How, LA River), a classic country tune (Angel of Death), and some great slow burners (Ohio, Thin Line). Oh, and they used to be on Jack Bauers record label. |
