OxygenWith the two song release they really gave a good peak at what's to come. Mecha Love is a nice Trance/Dance mix with good vocals a melody. While Oxygen is somewhat monotonous towards the end, it gets the job done and is fairly enjoyable. The Captain Hates The Sea ExistenceThese guys are certainly doing something different. In an age where the mixture of synth and metal is becoming more prominent TCHTS knows how to mix both together almost seamlessly. Solid guitar work that strives to mix in multiple breakdowns throught their songs is easily and flawlessly coupled with synthesizers for a fairly unique experience. What the Big People Do is a prime example of their talent, combining these two elements and together for a combination that I've rarely heard in other groups. If they can keep this up with fresh music each time and little deviation from their style they will certainly be able to surpass many others like them. The Red Ribbon Army Black & White, Dark & LightQuite a good prospecting band. Not necessarily a new approach to a common genre, but an approach done exceedingly well. The songs are emotional, and have the ability to strike a chord in almost everyone. Musically, it's not a masterpiece (autotune chorusing does hold it back a bit), but it is something that is capable of holding it's own.3.5 greatA Day To Remember HomesickA Day To Remember What Separates Me from YouA Day To Remember Common CourtesyChunk! No, Captain Chunk! Something for NothingElectric Callboy Bury Me in Fucking VegasI'm not gonna tout these guys cause, let's face it, they aren't much. But I have to say, they do manage to make one or two fairly catchy hooks or songs. However, I wouldn't say they're amazing on any level. Just highly entertaining, and somewhat decent.Fire from the Gods Narrative3.0 goodA Day To Remember And Their Name Was TreasonAsh Ketchum Growing Up Is Giving UpEveryone Dies In Utah Seeing ClearlyOne Year Later The Sound Of A Broken WorldI came across one year later on chance meeting. My friends were opening up for their tour with This Romantic Tragedy and In Alcatraz 1962. After talking with the band before their set I was really excited to see what they would do. After about 40 minutes of one of the craziest sets I've ever heard in the host forum, I immediately shelled out for a CD and a shirt.rThe music created by One Year later is powerful, earth shaking, brutal, and amazing. Deffinitely worth a listen and a buy.Tear Out The Heart Violence2.5 averageFamous Last Words Two-Faced Charade
