5.0 classic
Amia Venera Landscape The Long Procession
It hard to combine so many styles and succeed with it. Amia Venera Lanscape have done it here with complete finesse, so what the ambient sections to go on for a little too long >cough ascending cough< but I can look past it because everything is so well crafted here.
Deftones Koi No Yokan
Glassjaw Worship and Tribute
Godspeed You! Black Emperor Slow Riot For New Zero Kanada
Arguably the closest music has every gotten to perfection.
Godspeed You! Black Emperor F♯ A♯ ∞
Best recommend listening to this while playing a fallout game, particularly The Dead Flag Blues. This what music should be all the time, only Slow Riot eclipses this album but this is still an easy 5

Gatsby's American Dream Gatsby's American Dream
Gatsby's American Dream Why We Fight
This deserves so much better than it has gotten from everyone else, it has great musicianship and enjoyable tunes
Gatsby's American Dream Ribbons and Sugar
I Set My Friends On Fire You Can't Spell Slaughter Without Laughter
Once you're in the right mind set then this album is a lot of fun to listen to. There is a lot of genre mixing going on here though so you may not find some of it to be of your taste. It's worth checking out though simply for its almost Japanese-like quirkiness.
Muse Origin of Symmetry
Ne Obliviscaris Portal of I
It's a incredible showing of the bands potential despite feeling bloated at times with many unneccessary sections. Although the violin player here is a surprise standout.

3.5 great
A Lot Like Birds Conversation Piece
Some really excellent songs let down by some very average singles. Could of been so much better with more polish and feels so disjointed from their very interesting Plan B

Periphery Periphery II: This Time It's Personal
If there's one big negative thing about having periphery in our world, its that it turns Sputnikmusic's users into a bunch of colossal faggots (and by that I mean worse than they usually are). Albums really awesome but has some filler and doesn't quite have the rhythm of their first album. Also why is This Time It's Personal in the title of the album. That was a joke make by the band that I can't believe you guys took seriously. The CD and the CD booklet don't even mention the phrase 'This Time It's Personal'. So not only are most of Sputnik's Users wankers, their also idiots too.

A Day To Remember Old Record
A Lot Like Birds Plan B
A Perfect Circle Mer de Noms
Between the Buried and Me The Parallax: Hypersleep Dialogues
Has its moments but doesn't revive my interest in them
Converge Jane Doe
Converge No Heroes
While it has some true gems on here such as the title track and grim heart/black rose, its lacks coherence and structure. The first 5 songs go for 6 minutes and the last 5 five just feel like a giant mess. It still enjoy the album but it is in the unfortunate position of being compared to previous albums. And sadly, No Heroes doesn't quite hold up.

Tyler Carter's voice is the highlight of this otherwise decent metalcore album although is way too overproduced to sound interesting
