Emery We Do What We Want
While lacking the feel of ISSWS, and Devin's vocals, Emery makes up for that in the album's variety. Each song seems to carry its own identity, making the record have a huge replay value. From the powerful Scissors to the soothing Fix Me, Emery proves once again that they are one of the best acts in the Post Hardcore scene. Recommended Tracks: Scissors, Anchors, I'm Not Here For Rage

Your standard fare of metalcore, but with better song structures, and great vocals. While certain parts may come off as boring, the stand-out moments more than make up for them. Check out: Becoming the Wolf, Following the White Rabbit and The Aging Process.

Mae Singularity
It's sad to see one of my favourite bands resorting to such simple pop rock. Gone is the touch of Mae to be replaced by predictable music and formulaic hooks. But that's not to say that the albums is without its strengths; track 4 "Just Let Go" is bound to remind everyone of the Mae they love, strong lyricism, mixed with endearing vocals and a catchy hook. It's nice to know that a part of them still remains in this album.Recommended: Just Let Go, Home, Reflections

Young and Foolish is the perfect evening album. their indie-pop sound succeeds in various ways, maintaining a steady and constant lighthearted, vibrant and youthful sound. the vocals are a perfect fit to the music and leaves the listener in a dreamy state. Lydia Devil B-Sides
Relient K Collapsible Lung
Even when treated independently from their other releases, Collapsible Lung is still a weak album overall. It is littered with way too many filler tracks and weak melodies/lyrics that make for a very average record. The record does shine in a few instances though, such as the opening track or when Thiessen makes use of his ever-ready falsettos. Recommended: Don't Blink, Lost Boy, If I Could Take You Home
