Not much to say. Yet another 5 star album from Em.
Eminem Relapse
This gets a 5 and it's considered Em's weakest album. The lyrics are actually pretty amazing and complex if
you pay attention. There are some annoying songs such as Bagpipes from Baghdad, Must Be the Ganja and
Old Time's Sake. The majority of this album is still pretty good and considering how shitty rap is nowadays,
this album should be praised. Personally, I think recovery is nowhere as good as this. Honestly, once you
get past the accent (which isn't even that annoying) there's really nothing holding this album back except
for a few boring tracks. The skits are also good and are all relevant to the next track. This album kind of
reminds me of Tech N9ne. Probably where he got the whole "killer" and "cannibal" style from. It's different,
but amazing. The bonus tracks are also very, very nice. My Darling is pretty much the song Em's been
waiting to make since the Slim Shady EP. Careful What You Wish For is also absolutely brilliant. Love to see
Ken Kaniff back too. Only disappointing performance from Em on this album was Crack a Bottle, where Dre
tears it up, but somehow 50 steals the show. Not much else to say, but forget the haters here they are just
following what the main review was and they decide to rate it without even thinking about their own
opinion... or even listening to it.

Nas Illmatic
My favorite album of all time. However, many people who call this album "average", I don't honestly blame them. The first few times I listened to this I thought it was "good" at best. But once i sat down and listened to it without any distractions. I realized what was so great about this album. Not only was nothing flawed, from the beats to the lyrics to Nas' amazing flow, but Nas came from nothing and that is important to remember because he was about 19 or 20 years old when he recorded this and to see that someone from the slums could make such a masterpiece and not brag about a single thing, just tell about his hard struggles and life trying to survive was truly remarkable. So, if you found this album "good" or "average" I highly suggest you give it another listen, you honestly don't know what you're missing. As for people who say "the beats are annoying and the choruses are just the title of the song repeated over and over", well first off the beats are great they aren't the pop-oriented beats you hear in modern day Hip-Hop and as for the choruses... in 1994 a catchy chorus didn't make a song. The beat, lyrics and flow did. And if you judge songs by those 3 things, you are a true Hip-Hop fan, and if you are one of those it is nearly impossible to give this any less than a 5.
Nas STILLmatic
Nas God's Son
Nas and Damian Marley Distant Relatives
i feel bad for anyone who thinks this isnt a classic. it opens your mind to new insights. it truly is something amazing. patience is the best song, its just so beautiful, what happened to this music? music should open your mind like this album does. what do mainstream overrated artists open your mind to? nothing. rihanna just talks about having sex, drake just talks about being famous and getting girls, wayne just talks about having money, gucci mane and jeezy just talk about how they "used" to sell drugs... do you think the radio would ever play any of these songs? No. except MAYBE (just maybe) my generation cuz wayne is on it.

Raekwon Only Built 4 Cuban Linx...
Redman Muddy Waters
I dare you to find an album more fun and entertaining than this. Redman's flow, lyrics and beats are again
right on point, and for the first (and only time in his career) the skits don't suck.
Redman Malpractice
Why does everyone say this is his worst album? I think it's as good as Muddy Waters.
Scarface The World Is Yours

Snoop Dogg Doggystyle
Snoop Dogg Tha Blue Carpet Treatment
This album is just amazing. Easily his best since 1996's Tha Doggfather. Whether it's the club banger That's That Shit, the perfect opening song Think About It or just songs he made for the hell of it like Which One of You, this album is just perfect. With Dr. Dre on 4 tracks plus great production from Mr. Porter, Soopafly & Timbaland, this album proves that although Snoop has had major problems living up to Doggystyle he can still make amazing music. Only song that is skippable is probably Candy because of the terrible guests (Especially E-40 & Kurupt)
Snoop Dogg Tha Doggfather
Sooo underrated. Only the interludes and Me & My Doggz (Tear 'Em Off) weren't great. Although it clearly
lacks the classic, timeless feeling of Doggystyle, it has a lot of tracks that are just as good as Doggystyle.
For example Groupie is pretty much this albums It Ain't No Fun (If the Homies Can't Have None). Highly
suggest you check this out if you've heard Doggystyle. You won't be disappointed. Considering it was
released while Death Row was falling apart (Dr. Dre left & Tupac had just died) he had released another
classic, and his only classic album for 10 years until Tha Blue Carpet Treatment in 2006.

Tech N9ne K.O.D.
Tech N9ne The Calm Before The Storm
Tech N9ne Absolute Power
Tech N9ne Vintage Tech
You're probably wondering how a compilation album can get a 5/5. Well if you are, you clearly haven't
heard of the legend that is Tech N9ne. He is pretty much perfect. He has amazing flow, can rap at
incredible speeds, amazing lyrics and in 11 LPs not one is "bad" or even "average". Also, on this album,
Tech takes the time at the end of each track to tell you the background story about the next track, why it
was unreleased and why he wanted to put it out now. Which shows that he does care about his fans and
he's not just lazy and putting together left over tracks so he won't have to make a new album (he came out
with a new album the next year). Definitely worth listening if you're a Tech fan... or even if you aren't.

this album is amazing. people on this website just rate it whatever the reviewer gave it without listening.
everyone who gave it lower than a 3.5 hasn't even heard it. smh. this albums sick. too bad all the new guys
got dropped (except cashis). this is a fun album to listen to. its got everyone i love (em, 50, d12, g-unit)
plus the new guys (bobby creekwater, cashis, stat quo) who are actually pretty ill. the production is good for
the most part. best songs are we're back, jimmy crack corn, public enemy #1 and no apologies, which is
easily the best. it shows that em hasn't lost any talent. must hear for any em/50/d12/g-unit fan.

pretty damn inconsistent. has some amazing tracks, but a lot of boring tracks and the skits are all very irrelevant and boring. still the good tracks make up for the boring ones, but it is also very long, but its worth a listen if you've heard DMX's other albums, if not, this won't give that great of an impression.
Dr. Dre 2001
Ghostface Killah Supreme Clientele
Jay-Z The Black Album
his first good album since reasonable doubt. his flow is still absolute trash, even on dirt off your shoulders
where he repeatedly claims to be "the best rapper alive" he cant even say it with flow, he says it so offbeat
and unevenly its embarrassing that he's actually claiming to be the best rapper alive. this guy is fucking
overrated garbage. hes no legend and you jay z fans buy into it when he says hes the best rapper alive.
people make fun of wayne for it, but jay is way more cockier than wayne. hes such a loser. made 11
albums and only 2 are listenable. worst rapper ever, but otherwise this album isn't that bad and i was
surprised considering how terrible jay is. you can try and argue all you want but jay is just another
mainstream piece of shit like drake, gucci mane, soulja boy and jeezy... hes absolutely NOT a legend. wish
he stayed retired, hip hop would be much better off without this idiot ruining it with his mainstream
garbage.

I think people are just giving albums like this and Tha Last Meal a 1 or 1.5 without even listening because they are bored. This honestly isn't a bad album, in fact it's much much better than Da Game is to Be Sold, Not to Be Told. The beats are, for the most part, nice and no more annoying constant No Limit guest appearances. Snoop also got Dr. Dre back for a few tracks as well as other west coast artists that made Doggystyle a classic, like Kurupt, Nate Dogg & Dr. Dre. Xzibit is also sick on Bitch Please, with even sicker Dre production.

Eminem Recovery
i love eminem and all, but wtf is this? this wasnt made for his hardcore fans. this was made for idiots who
dont know real hip hop. honestly im sooo disappointed. everyone at my school is obsessed with this. why?
cuz its so commercial and mainstream. no one at my school ever talked about relapse. wtf is this? love the
way you lie is such garbage. em i never thought you could sell out and use rihanna to get a #1 single but i
guess i was wrong. i still got mad respect for em, but this is beyond disappointing. be constantly bashes
encore and relapse on this when they were both better than this. ughh.... everyone who gave this above a
3.5 isn't a real em fan. your just a loser who only likes him cuz of this albums catchiness, i bet youve never
heard relapse or slim shady LP or infinite. this is filled with meaningless songs, and although the lyrics are
sick, dont make any sense and they are pointless (wont back down, cold wind blows, almost famous, WTP,
on fire, so bad) ugh this album just makes me mad at all the people who think they are em fans just
because they listen to love the way you lie 50 times a day on the radio.

this guy is so damn overrated. this is his only "good" album. he has 3 others and they all suck and even this isnt that amazing. most of the songs are boring/uninteresting. most of it isnt even rap just useless filler tracks like umi says and rock n roll. truly lazy. hes one of the laziest rappers ive ever heard. he reuses verses and beats and most songs are just filler.

Scarface My Homies Part 2
Snoop Dogg R&G (Rhythm & Gangsta) - The Masterpiece
Starts off great with I Love to Give You Light, Drop It Like It's Hot & Ups & Downs. Near the middle it gets a little bit more average and by the end it is pretty much all filler. But overall it's better than his No Limit shit.
T.I. T.I. vs. T.I.P.
T.I. Trap Muzik
T.I. No Mercy
it's alright. saying that it would be the next "all eyez on me" was really cocky and stupid. the first few songs are pretty good but after that he goes back to club songs and pointless/boring songs about him having sex (how original) sad cuz some of these beats were so ill and they went to waste

Jay-Z Vol. 2: Hard Knock Life

Jeezy The Inspiration
Lil Wayne The Leak
Lil Wayne Tha Carter
Lil' Kim Hard Core
RZA RZA as Bobby Digital in Stereo
Ugh... The worst Wu-Tang related album I have heard. Pretty much none of the songs stand out as above average.
Scarface Balls And My Word
Snoop Dogg Da Game is to Be Sold, Not to Be Told
I am not the type of person to give this low of a rating to an album (albums that people often give a 1 or 2
to I usually give them a 4 or even 5). For example, The Last Kiss, Relapse & Back on My B.S. aren't bad in my
opinion. But this was a terrible attempt by one of the most respected MCs of all time. Before he even
dropped his first album people couldn't get enough of him. But after Death Row fell apart Snoop joined No
Limit... and this album just shows how much of a disaster it was. It has No Limit guest appearances all over,
including Master P, who tends to yell aimlessly and call it rapping. Overall if you are a big Snoop fan (like
me) you might want to check it out, although you won't be going back to listen again anytime soon.
Snoop Dogg Ego Trippin'
Pretty good. Starts out pretty average, then Neva Have 2 Worry & Sexual Eruption bring the album up. However it goes back to average and it's not until Those Gurlz does the album redeem itself. The bonus tracks are actually pretty nice. However overall this is a huge disappointment after Tha Blue Carpet Treatment. Unless you love Snoop, this album isn't really for you.
T.I. I'm Serious
T.I. Urban Legend
Tony Yayo Thoughts Of A Predicate Felon
Xzibit Full Circle
Meh. Xzibit's worst album. There are some absolutely awful songs like On Bail and Movin' in Your Chucks.
But there are some sick ones like Thank You and Black & Brown. Overall it's still not that bad, but if you
aren't a big Xzibit fan..don't listen to this.

2.0 poor
Jay-Z The Blueprint²: The Gift & the Curse
Jay-Z The Blueprint
Eh. here we have jay z, easily the most overrated rapper ever. this album is pretty good the first time you
listen but after a few times, it becomes one of the most boring and uninteresting albums of all time. first
off jays flow is, as usual, trash. even on the best songs renegade and the rulers back he spits so unevenly
its painful. whether its takover (one of the worst disses of all time, he actually compliments illmatic while
"dissing" nas) or the horrendous hola hovito (where his flow is at an all time low and he claims to be better
than biggie), this album is VERY uninteresting. also renegade is only listenable because of em. anyways, jay
once again you prove you are just above average garbage. i honestly dont understand why anyone would
think hes a legend. hes pretty much garbage except for reasonable doubt. and his fans are such dick riders.
hes so cocky its hard to believe. people make fun of wayne for calling himself the best rapper alive... jay
claims to be the best rapper ever. and he always brings up the fact that all his albums were #1. that just
proves he sucks. hes a bs mainstream artist, and mainstream buys into weak bullshit that poisons the minds
of the kids who listen. jay you are ruining america and you are absolute garbage. i hate jeezy, gucci mane,
soulja boy and drake but jay is the worst rapper ever.
Jeezy Let's Get It: Thug Motivation 101
Jeezy The Recession
John Legend and the Roots Wake Up!
this album is so boring i couldnt bear to finish listening to it... i love the roots but this album is AWFUL
Rihanna Loud
can this dumb whore talk about anything other than having sex? shes ruining music this is absolute bullshit. music is supposed to open your mind to different topics (like street life). but she just doesnt seem to grasp that concept and instead she poisons the kids with her catchy radio friendly singles about having sex constantly. shes nothing more then a dumb whore.
Rihanna Rated R
Snoop Dogg Tha Last Meal
This album isn't terrible, but it certainly isn't very good either. It's probably his most boring album, with boring guests & boring beats, the lyrics are the only thing that keep this album up. They aren't amazing but it does bring this album up, considering Snoop & Eve are the only rappers on this album with any lyrical talent.
T.I. Paper Trail
ugh.. boring. thats the only word to describe it. t.i. has above average talent when i hear him as a guest appearance but his albums are very average and boring. this is supposed to be his best, and if it is then thats not looking very good for t.i. and why does he always talk about how much swag hes got. its really stupid he has like 7 songs about it. just look at swagga like us. kanye was horrible with his auto tune, t.i. just rambled on about nothing, jay z was terrible as usual and somehow wayne ended up being the best. pretty bad album.

1.5 very poor
50 Cent The Massacre
Honestly the worst album i've ever heard. i could barely make it to the end. it is so long and so boring. this album has some of the worst songs ive ever heard like this is 50, position of power and just a lil bit. this is the definition of bullshit hip pop. fuck this album DO NOT LISTEN TO THIS SHIT!!! the only good song is gatman and robbin and only cuz of em's verse. 50's voice, flow, and lyrics are all garbage. most of the songs are designed for you to think they arent bad cuz they have a catchy beat and chorus, but do not fall for it all the songs are fucking terrible.
Drake Thank Me Later
more garbage hip pop about girls, fame and money. ugh.. boring... NEXT! hes not even a rapper. this is
trash, the guests suck and drake actually thinks hes not being offensive to women... all he talks about is
fucking chicks wtf. G-A-R-B-A-G-E. do not listen to this, every song is the same. i would give him a
slightly higher rating since he's new but he thinks he's the greatest thing in hip hop. he has no flow,
no meaningful lyrics, no good guests, no good beats. nothing here is even worth listening to.
Unforgettable and Light Up are the worst songs. Unforgettable features Jeezy (just what we need, two
insanely terrible "rappers" on one track) and Light Up has Jay-Z, who still thinks he's so great. He hasn't put
out a single good album since 1996! Get over your ego Jay, you fucking suck!
Jay-Z American Gangster
oh my god, this is awful. jays flow is somehow worse then i ever thought it could be. it honestly sounds like
he's not even trying. none of the songs are any good. Party life and sweet are some of the worst songs i've
ever heard. success woudve been absolute trash without nas, but he still couldnt make the song any better
considering how much jay sucked. hello brooklyn is also very boring (why is lil wayne on a song about
brooklyn?). i know is the definition of hip pop. pray is also pretty much garbage, and none of the other
tracks are even worth mentioning (no hook is painful to listen to, he can't spit evenly and the short hook in
between his verses feels like heaven... but then Jay starts rapping again) once again jay you prove to be the
most overrated rapper ever. its honestly painful to hear his flow/lyrics and know that people seriously
consider him to be the best rapper ever.
Soulja Boy The DeAndre Way
im not just giving this a 1 for no reason, i had the misfortune to listen to most of the songs and they are all terrible. pretty boy swag sounds like hes the kid in a wheelchair from malcolm in the middle and speakers going hammer is downright retarded. mean mug is soulja pretending to be a "gangsta" alongside another joke, 50 cent. (atleast 50 IS actually a gangsta) Hey Cutie is absolutely awful and i almost cried listening to it. there is one good song i have to admit, its grammy it has a nice beat and pretty good lyrics considering it is soulja boy after all. otherwise this is garbage. although it doesnt deserve to be burned and have the ashes buried like his first two albums, it still is a joke.
Young Money We Are Young Money
just the fact that its called "we are young money" should be a big enough warning telling you not to listen to this. nicki minaj is pretty good, wayne just pisses me off considering how bad he has gotten ever since tha carter III, drake is just irritating with his corny voice and his garbage lyrics. gudda gudda is the fucking worst. he is so bad i can't believe someone with as little talent as him can get a record deal. there is NO promise for any of these god damn clowns (including wayne). nicki minaj is the only one who MIGHT go somewhere, but you cant really focus on her with all the garbage in this album.
