This set of tracks see's 2pac for the first time combining all his different personas and aspects on one album, you got the angry, venomous " Against all odds" " bomb first" and you got the nostalgic, smooth " To live and die in LA" side to side with conscious tracks like " blasphemy" " hold ya head". The 7 day theory stands as an representation of a man that is on the verge to either artistic climax or giving after to his inner demons. It is raw, real raw, and it is a Tupac that has got all the superficial, celebration of life out of his system with the dubble opus " All Eyez On Me " in the rear view mirror. You could tell that Pac was on his way back to the roots, to the intellectual side but yet with the complex diversity of some real hardcore tracks.
