Neutral Milk Hotel In the Aeroplane Over the Sea
Best indie album I've ever had the pleasure to listen to, hands down. The independent sounding recording style fits it perfectly, the lyrics have just the right amount of "haunting" feel to them while still sounding perfectly joyful.
Oh, Sleeper Son of the Morning
I think this album improves on When I am God not by adding more to the formula, but by actually detracting some from it. When I am God, while still being a great album, was very chaotic, and Oh, Sleeper took some of the chaos out to give the songs more form and discernable patterns, and manages to keep me interested much more than WIAG did. This is definitely one of my favorite metalcore albums, possibly second only to Constellations

I've listened to this band since their She watched the sky days, and I think they have gotten better since then. I love the way they mainly utilize a clean vocalist, instead of focusing mainly on screams. And Jagmin has a fantastic voice.

2.0 poor
Asking Alexandria Stand Up and Scream
Yes, this is definitely one of the most generic bands I've heard in a long time. Yet there are still some spots on this album I enjoy. Mainly a few of the breakdowns, but the stuff in between is just not very good.
