I'd be surprised if this album doesn't start a revolution in the rnb/rap scene. I might be wrong, but this one will probably have its place as one of the best of the current generation.

The epitome and highlight of the 00s post-punk scene. It built on everything before it yet still has its own voice. The guitar and bass lines trade off constantly and the drums and fantastic and hold it all together perfectly.

Have had this on repeat for a few days now. Definitely the most upbeat and fun album they
have made, though I might like Attack and Release better overall. If you like the more rock
blues stuff (your touch, i got mine...) like me, then youll love this
The Bouncing Souls How I Spent My Summer Vacation
The Bouncing Souls Ghosts on the Boardwalk
Not sure why this is a compilation. The way they released the albums was more of having a single off the album each month than the album being a collection of singles.

get rid of the first two songs and this is easily a 4.5 or even 5. Its crazy how awful they are compared to the rest of the album
Band of Horses Cease to Begin
Band of Horses Infinite Arms
Bandits of the Acoustic Revolution A Call To Arms
Beach House Beach House
Beach House Teen Dream
Bear Hands Golden EP
A awesome EP with 4 great songs that are all catchy and unique in their own way. I recommend Bad Blood and Long Lean Queen for first listens to this EP and the band.

Big D and the Kids Table For the Damned, the Dumb, and the Delirious
Feels like a mix of their best 2 albums- How it Goes and Strictly Rude, though somehow isn't as good as either. This one had way too ridiculously high expectations from everyone from the second they said it would be a 'back to form' album. Trust me- look at it out of context of other Big D albums and you've got a great ska-punk album

The Rosebuds Loud Planes Fly Low
Much more layered than earlier albums. This album is gripping from start to finish. Very well thought out songs and very catchy. Good use alternating between male/female vocals. The placement of the slower songs is great and for the most part a good flow is kept throughout the album. Rec Tracks 1,2,7

Muse The 2nd Law
Nothing compared to Absolution era, but still a handful of good songs that will, if nothing, translate very well to a live environment. It seems Muse found their old synths and arpeggiators- the songs that feature them are generally the better ones on the record.

Not as good as earlier lo-fi stuff, but still pretty chill. Side note: Im not one to care about recording quality but her voice it a little overproduced, even compared to her first full length. The over-instrumentation takes away from that 'raw' feeling too
