The buildups are joyously beautiful and the melodies are unforgettable. While it is not perfect, per se, nor is it a classic, it is still deserving of a high amount of praise. Overall, it's not a terrible album, it just doesn't flow well together and a lot of the songwriting is just bland and unoriginal compared to what Muse has done in the past. Some catchy songs, some worthless. It's fun if you are into poppy relectronic stuff, but this is shat on from a great height by El Cielo and Leitmotif.
