| Very interesting band. They do a lot of things right: great guitar work, excellent drumming, passionate playing, and interesting song structure. However, the vocals completely ruin it for me. The screamed vocals of their "singer" have absolutely no dynamics. They're also quite unpleasant to my ears. It's sounds like someone is stabbing an innocent monkey and the monkey is crying, "Oh calamitous fate! Why have I deserved such agony?" Not something I'd like to listen to for 2 minutes, let alone for an entire album. I'd like this a lot more with a different frontman. |
