5.0 classic
Between the Buried and Me Colors
Killswitch Engage The End of Heartache
One of my favourite albums of all time. Everything is beautifully crafted and fitted together to create such a wonderful sound of passion and aggression. The songs flow from each other and each have their own identity, nothing seems over done or under done and the production is amazing. All in all, for me, a pure classic album.

4.0 excellent
As Blood Runs Black Allegiance
The riff's are amazing, the vocal arrangements are just as good and the drums are insane! A bloody good metal record i think
Burn Down Rome Devotion
Caliban The Opposite From Within
Caliban Say Hello to Tragedy
Dance Gavin Dance Acceptance Speech
Darkest Hour The Eternal Return
I found this album really interesting. I feel they're excelled so much from their previous releases with the amazing solo's especially The Tides and addictive riffs. With the songs I've listened to of Killswitch Engage's some what may seem dissapointing new release, its obvious that Darkest Hour have proved that metalcore isn't a dying genre and where the bands descend to the main stream universe, It seems Darkest Hour definitely haven't done that.
Deafheaven Sunbather
Drop Dead, Gorgeous Hot N' Heavy
Seriously I was so surprised when I listened to it for the first time, Probably their best album.
Emery The Question
Four Year Strong Rise Or Die Trying
Killswitch Engage As Daylight Dies
When I first listened to this album I felt rather let down. Killswitch engage didn't make End of Heartache II. They made a different album, that flowed different to its predecessor. Though with more listens I began to listen to the album more carefully and began to like it more. With this in mind I began thinking that this wasn't a terrible album just an album of a band trying to change but in some cases failing. Songs like Still Beats Your Name which seems heavy but weak and bland for Killswitch Engage and also Desperate Times which is just so bad for Killswitch Engage I felt it ruined the album for me the first time round. But their are amazing songs such as My Curse, Unbroken and Eye of the Storm. In conclusion I feel that this is a good solid metal record.
Lamb of God Sacrament

2.5 average
Aiden Knives
Caliban The Awakening
Iwrestledabearonce It's All Happening
actually rather disappointing, cramming way to much genre mish mashes in a short amount of time. However the drummer is especially talented and the vocalist is also amazing, though i feel she should be screaming a bit more since her clean are just a bit to erm, annoying.
Overall a rather average album with only 2 or 3 good songs, nevermind.
Linkin Park Minutes to Midnight
MyChildren MyBride Lost Boy
Maybe im simple minded but i actually really like this album.
The songs are alot stronger than the last album and the vocals have also improved.
definitely in my top albums of 2010.
Oceano Depths
There are some good things on this record but nothing new. Whatever happened to the point of a breakdown, i mean now days there used to actually structure a song, most songs are even built on them!
Depths is a solid record but rather boring and after a few listens I realized the vocals aren't that impressive either.
The Wonder Years The Greatest Generation
Winds of Plague The Great Stone War
Really disappointing, I really liked Decimate the Weak and thought that this was going to be as good. When I found out this album would be a concept album I was like 'i'm not sure'. it wasnt a good idea, all the songs follow the same lyrical content and there's not much of a story. The songs only have a few catchy bits but nothing amazing. Lastly the vocals are just plain boring

2.0 poor
Emmure The Respect Issue
Killswitch Engage Killswitch Engage (2009)
Linkin Park A Thousand Suns
Underoath Lost in the Sound of Separation
It really does confuse me how many people love this record, i mean seriously, what the fudge! its a very dissapointing release, i cant listen to the record the way through and when i eventually did i was left thinking 'i will never get my 41 minutes and 43 seconds back'
So overall, i hope Underoath sort their selves out, because this record sucks

1.0 awful
