Such a solid release from a talented man. I am absolutely in love with Darkmatter!
As Cities Burn Hell or High Water
So mellow yet so emotional and upfront. Why can't more bands do what these guys are doing? Is it because the little scene girls won't come to their shows anymore?

I'm so back and forth on this album. I love it no matter what but everytime I listen to it I find something that I love/dislike. More love than dislike though. Solid release from a very up-and-coming band.
Stray from the Path Make Your Own History
Streetlight Manifesto 99 Songs of Revolution: Volume I
The Decemberists The Hazards of Love
With the addition of a female vocalist, The Decemberists kick my ass! The whole storyline isn't that big of deal though. This a really beautiful album with tons of musicality.
The Mars Volta Octahedron
The Mars Volta The Bedlam in Goliath
The Number Twelve Looks Like You Worse Than Alone
This album is so much more technical and tight than any of the other previous albums. This is the first album by them that I have given a true listen to. It truely surprised me how good it actually was.
