Green Day American Idiot |
The ultimate in pop-punk, American Idiot showcases Green Day at their most intelliegnt and infectious, featuring an intriguing storyline that packs emotional punch and socio-political relevance. Infinitely catchy, yet both original and gleefully derivative, American Idiot promises to be the high point in the career of a band that has already made its mark in the music landscape. |
Howard Shore The Return of the King |
Iron Maiden The Number of the Beast |
Senses Fail Still Searching |
Even after nearly 4 years of constant play, this album has retained all of its emotional inertia. For whatever reason, be it a personal connection to this album's theme, the innate anguish and passion of the music, or the wonderfully memorable storyline and musicianship, Still Searching remains one of my all time favorite Cd's. We're at 250 Plays and counting. |

Anberlin Cities |
By far one of the best albums of all time that I have had the fortune to listen to. A beautiful work all the way through, Anberlin creates a style of music that I find it difficult to place into a genre, and creates epic atmospheres such as seen on Fin. A classic in more ways than one. |
Anberlin New Surrender |
Avenged Sevenfold Waking the Fallen |
Great Guitar Work, really shows the true talent of the band before Matt's throat problem. His vocals are great, and the obscene length of pretty much all the songs is not annoying as it gets at times of City of Evil, it makes the songs epic, and often times very, very good. Sick drumming as well, and alot of the songs are anthemic. |

One of my all-time favorites to listen to all the way through. This is pop-punk at it's heaviest and best. The message, whether the band is passionate about it or not, is real, and the album features some of the best new-milennium punk I've heard thus far. |
System of a Down Toxicity |
Taking Back Sunday Tell All Your Friends |
Passionate, agony-riddled, and caustically witty, Taking Back Sunday's debut album is an alternative rock album that is rare, and damn-near impossible to top. |
