| This album is a definite step backward for Sam. The tracks all seem to run together as they all have a vaguely sixties sound to them and nothing makes any one of them really stand out. The biggest problem is the lyrics, which are very cliche-filled and lacking, especially when compared to his other works. Having said all that Sam Roberts still knows how to write a catchy 3 minute rock song and the album isn't all bad (it's just not all that good). |
