Go Big casino influences are reconisable I think! [Chase this light ;P] Alot lighter and bouncier, the album I think is a breath of fresh air. I loved it. A change from their other albums, but all are different aren't they - even though I prefer thier earlier stuff. Gotta be somebody's blues blew me away, so melodic and deep, the strings are beautiful. I can't single out a certain track as a favorite as they rotate but the UK bonus tracks, Be sensible and Distraction are definate highlights! I personally love it, having all their greatest hits on one disc, but I understand the point of people grudging paying again for the exact same songs they already own. The DVD is also awesome, well worth buying seperatly if you don't want the CD.4.0 excellentAngels and Airwaves I-EmpireWell I think 'I-Empire''s first impression is better than that of 'We don't need to whisper'. It is light and bouncy, with catchy hooks. It took me a while to settle into 'We Don't need to whisper' and I've grown to love it...but I-Empire is a definite product of an ex-blink 182 member! I love Tom DeLonge and people should stop hating.Bayside Baysideblink-182 Take Off Your Pants And Jacketblink-182 Enema Of The StateBraid The Age of OcteenJust stumbled upon these guys when I downloaded a discography to get some Cap n' Jazz tunes. Glad I did. This album is brilliant, even on my first listen kept me interested. (Y) David Gray White LadderDavid Gray's best album in my opinion. Only a couple of tracks I am not keen on, good review too (Y). I am off to see the mentioned tonight at Edinburgh Corn Exchange, so he'd better be good =P Babylon - A classic, not overrated in the slightest...but I know a few people who only know David Gray for this song...There are so many more reconition worthy! Way under reconised, it really should be better praised than 'Louder Now'. 'A decade under the influence' is an amazing track! And the dual vocals of TBS are a major plus. I really liked it. His vocals are brilliant. And as with many albums there are a couple songs that could be better. However, I have failed to aquire an interest in them so far. I'll give thier other albums a chance and see if they change my mind, because it is a shame. I do like the sound of them, its just the songs from this album are perhaps too similar to one another.2.0 poorLostprophets Liberation TransmissionMy oh my, where to start. I was soo disappointed by this album, not the follow up I expected. Hm, I don't mind lighter, bouncier stuff, but this was too poppy and not at all the Lostprophets I love. I really look forward to the next album. 1.5 very poorParamore Riot!Other than only a couple of catchy tunes, coincidentally those realesed as singles, I think most of the songs sound too alike.
