5.0 classic
Tool Lateralus
I just into Tool last year but they have obviously won me over. Their powerful lyrics and guitar riffs can make you go deaf or lull you to sleep, make you contemplate life or make you want to scream the choruses until you're hoarse. This CD is the best of the ones that I have heard from them (I have all of their albums except some of Salival and Undertow, maybe a total of 7 tracks). I have loved their work since I started listening to them, and this album is no exception. This album actually was the inspiration for the majority of the music I'm recording at home. The art-metal genre is not very well-known and I would like to see that change. Overall, this is my favorite album of all time.

Tool 10,000 Days
I thought it was a great album. The big thing with Tool's music is that, if you have the patience and self control, you are supposed to listen to the whole album at once with stereo headphones. Tool is not usually for the occasional or casual listener, you have to listen to their earlier albums the same way and notice as their music evolves into art. That's what a lot of you guys have to understand. At first, I didn't like the album b/c I thought it was slow, but the more you listen to it, the more you appreciate about the work put into and the complexity of the album.

4.5 superb
Nine Inch Nails With Teeth
Pink Floyd The Dark Side of the Moon
While it may not be Pink Floyd's best album, from what some of you say, it is still my favorite. The atmosphere and ambient flow of the album is awesome.
Tool Undertow

Nine Inch Nails The Downward Spiral

3.5 great
